A new game aims to make nutrition knowledge more palatable.
HealthQuest is the creation of the Nutrition Education Services/Oregon Dairy Council.
“It takes a very lighthearted approach,” says Peggy Paul, council director.
The game asks players to answer nutrition trivia questions that relate to vitamins, minerals, fiber, body weight, calories, fat and cholesterol.
The game costs $20, plus $2.50 for postage. Write 10505 S.W. Barbur Blvd., Portland, Ore. 97219. Or call 503-229-5033 for an order form.
