Authorities were seeking a man who robbed a bank at gunpoint Tuesday evening, taking an undetermined amount of money, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
FBI spokesman Bob Long said the robber approached a teller at the First American Bank, 700 Busse Rd., displaying a demand note and a revolver.
The teller put an undetermined amount of cash into a brown bag, and the robber took it, walking southbound along Busse Road, according to Long.
Witnesses said that the robber was 6 foot 4, about 195 pounds and that he was wearing a brown hat, a black leather jacket, blue jeans, white gym shoes and eyeglasses, Long said.
