The Blackhawks got good news Monday.
Forward Brian Noonan, who injured his left knee in last Thursday`s 4-1 loss at Vancouver, won`t have to miss the next three months.
At an examination in Chicago, no damage was discovered to Noonan`s cartilage or the anterior cruciate ligament, so the second-degree tear he sustained to his medial collateral ligament will shelve him from four to six weeks.
Noonan will wear a cast for about two weeks.
