York tournament-By the time Chris Collins cooled off in the title game, it was too late for Thornwood (6-6). Collins pumped in 26 of his 30 points in the first half to lead No. 20 Glenbrook North (12-1) to a 78-54 victory.
Downers Grove South, playing without forward Adam Shafer, captured third by whipping York 58-48. Shafer suffered a broken left arm Friday and is out for the season. Brian Green added 19 points and Markeith Hutson 13 for Downers South (8-4).
Centralia tournament-Marist (10-2) got 32 points from tournament MVP Gene Nolan and 17 from Kyle White in its 66-57 victory over Centralia in the title game. Earlier, Marist whipped Hersey 67-48 in the semifinals with Nolan scoring 25 points and White 16.
Jacobs tournament-Brett Sharkey hit seven three-pointers and totaled 39 points to lead Conant to the title with a 77-62 win over Cary-Grove. Conant trailed 58-57 when Sharkey went on a 13-point tear that included three threes and two twos. Matt Walsh added 11 points. Kyle Kessel popped for 22 points and Thad Miller added 17 to fuel Mundelein`s 65-63 third-place win over Round Lake, led by Scott Ellenwood with 17.
Rockford Guilford tournament-Marc Thorstenson`s 20 points fueled Buffalo Grove`s 50-41 victory over Streator in the consolation title game. Streamwood finished third in the consolation bracket by beating Sterling 47-40 behind 10 points from Darick Loving.
