Rap singer Vanilla Ice-alias Robby Van Winkle of Carrollton, Texas-recently bought a custom-built Porsche for $300,000.
The pearl blue convertible features a 1,600-watt stereo system and a 500- horsepower engine.
”It is one of the most expensive Porsches ever built,” says a spokesman for Ice. ”It was built as the ultimate Porsche and it was built with the ultimate stereo. The guidelines were that you must be able to hear the stereo at 150 mph with the top down.”
”It is an incredible piece of machinery,” says the rap artist`s attorney, Lawrence Friedman of Dallas.
