Baby-sitting is one of the most responsible positions anyone can have.
Before accepting your first job, you should be able to answer yes to all the following qualifications:
– Do you have a strong interest and love for younger children?
If you don`t enjoy being around and playing with them, then don`t offer to baby-sit.
– Are you at least 11 years old or older? (There are exceptions for younger sitters if they are mature.)
– Do you know basic first-aid?
– Are you able to prepare simple meals?
– Are you mature enough to handle emergencies?
