The sessions this winter are Dec. 9-11 on Aspen Mountain; Dec. 19-22 on Snowmass; Jan. 9-11 on Buttermilk Mountain; Feb. 9-12 on Aspen Mountain; March 6-9 on Snowmass; March 13-16 on Snowmass, and March 20-23 on Snowmass.
The Buttermilk session is for beginners, or those who have not skied in a long time. Snowmass sessions are for skiers in the intermediate-to-expert range. Aspen sessions are for strong intermediate-to-expert skiers. The fees are $195 for three-day sessions and $260 for four days.
Two hotels are offering 10 percent discounts to seminar participants. During Aspen and Buttermilk seminars, discounts are offered at the Aspen Club Lodge. During the early December (low season) seminar, the double occupancy rate will be $85 to $141. For the rest of the sessions, the rooms will be $151 to $213. These rates must be booked by the participant directly: 800-882-2582. During the Snowmass sessions, a 15 percent discount is offered at the Hotel Wildwood, which is at the base of Snowmass Mountain. Prices for a double begin at $127.50 for the Dec. 19 session, which falls into the Christmas season. The price is $119 a person, two in a room for the remaining sessions.
