It was something the couple didn`t count on in their second marriage–the wife`s 16-year-old daughter falling in love with her new husband`s 18-year-old son. That`s the turmoil at the center of ”Sin of Innocence,” a two-hour movie airing at 8 p.m. Wednesday on CBS-Ch. 2.
Bill Bixby and Dee Wallace Stone portray the newly married parents, David and Vicki McGary. He`s a widower, and she`s a divorcee. She also gets custody of her 12-year-old son.
After the marriage, the teenage boy and girl get off to an unfriendly start. Eventually, they settle their differences and begin to like each other –too much though, in the eyes of their parents.
When Vicki`s ex-husband (played by James Naughton) learns of the affair, he threatens legal action to regain custody of his children.
