`BROTHERLY LOVE` IN NAME ONLY

Another dual-role film follows on the heels of Stefanie Powers as loving twin sisters in ”Deceptions.” But, unlike that presentation, ”Brotherly Love,” at 8:30 p.m. on CBS-Ch. 2, concerns a psychopath (Harry) who is out to get his nice guy twin brother (Ben). The brothers are portrayed by Judd Hirsch. When strange things start to happen, Ben knows his once-imprisoned, crazy brother Harry might be nearby. It then becomes a matter of catching Harry before he kills Ben or his family. George Dzundza and Barry Primus play detectives.
