The series would bring back Jock Ewing, the head of the oil-rich
”Dallas” clan, and detail his adventures as a young wildcatter on his way to making millions.
The show doesn`t have a title as yet and no roles have been cast. In fact, production hasn`t even begun, but the series might be rushed to premiere next fall on CBS.
Jacobs also created ”Knots Landing,” a Thursday night series on CBS. His latest series, ”Berrenger`s,” premiered Jan. 5 on NBC and airs on Saturday nights.
