"We decided to test Mint Mobile’s $15/mo plan with 5GB 5G, unlimited talk/text, and a 3-month promotional rate, comparing it to T-Mobile’s offerings. The SIM card arrived promptly, and we weren’t disappointed—setup was straightforward. In urban areas, we maintained solid 5G speeds during our 5GB usage, while 4G kicked in seamlessly outside coverage. The unlimited calling/texting network is reliable, though data rollovers were unclear. After three months, our costs stayed under $15/mo, offering a welcomed break from overpriced providers. While the small data cap tested our patience, the flexibility to bundle plans (prepaid/unlimited) was appealing. Overall, it’s a surprising value, though long-term affordability hinges on sticking to the 5GB limit. We’d recommend it for budget-conscious users who limit heavy data consumption."
