Quarterback Davis Mills started 11 games in two seasons at Stanford. Mills set a school record with 504 passing yards against Washington State in 2019. Mills earned honorable mention All-Pac 12 honors in 2020, ranking fourth in the FBS with 25.8 completions per game.
NFL analyst Lance Zierlein compares Mills to NFL quarterback Jarrett Stidham.
“He’s going to be a starter,” a West Coast scout for an AFC team said. “He was a big-time player coming out, but he just hasn’t been healthy, which is the only reason he never became a bigger name.”
