These are the top deals we’ve found among robot vacuums currently available. We’ve tested several of them ourselves and can verify their effectiveness.
The Deebot N10 Plus from Ecovacs is a vacuum-and-mop combo robot with a self-emptying base and some of the fanciest navigation on the market. It has both LiDAR and dToF (direct time-of-flight) sensors to accurately map and navigate through your home, and it boasts a runtime of 330 minutes or five and a half hours on a single charge.
One of iRobot’s most classic Roomba models, the Roomba 694 features a three-stage cleaning system for both carpet and hard flooring and can be controlled by a push of a button or over Wi-Fi with an app. A bump-and-clean model, it was a favorite during testing and is built like a tank.
The Roborock Q5 is a rugged-looking self-emptying robot vacuum with excellent performance on hardwood and other hard flooring during our usage testing. It’s got 2,700 Pa of suction power and direct, accurate mapping and navigation.
Shark makes great vacuums of all kinds, and this Shark AI robot vacuum’s LiDAR navigation produced a detailed map in under 10 minutes during our tests. It comes with a self-emptying dock that holds up to 60 days' worth of dirt, and it worked great on pet hair on both carpet and hard flooring in testing.
Roborock’s S8 Pro vacuum-and-mop combo was one of the most impressive and feature-rich of all the robot vacs we’ve tested, with a massive dock that holds both clean and dirty water plus a large dustbin. It features LiDAR mapping and over 6,000 Pa of suction, and it cleans and dries its mop on its own, a super convenient feature.
Roombas are probably the most best-known robot vacuums and have become synonymous with the term. iRobot’s robot vacuums and mops are some of the longest-lasting robot vacs around.
The Roomba Combo i5+ is one of the most full-featured midrange Roombas available. It not only vacuums dirt off both carpeted and smooth flooring, but it also comes with a mop-pad attachment and a self-emptying dock. The Roomba i Series had some of our favorite models during our testing.
We loved the Roomba Combo j7+ when we tested it. We loved its superior VSLAM navigation that detected obstacles and its clever mopping pad that lifts up and out of the way when it’s not needed, leaving carpets dry. A self-empty base and easy setup make it one of the Roombas we heartily recommend.
The Braava isn’t technically a Roomba, but a dedicated mopping robot that we also loved during testing. Its compact, square shape lets it get into tight spots in bathrooms and kitchens, and its mopping pads work both wet and dry. It can learn your home’s layout so it won’t get its pad on carpeted surfaces.
Roborock makes high-end, top-grade robot vacuums with advanced engineering in hardware and software. There aren’t many rivals to its premium all-in-one smart cleaning machines.
The Roborock Q7 Max+ is a vacuum-and-mop combo bot with 4,200 Pa of suction power and 11 ounces of mop pressure for those sticky messes. It maps with LiDAR and learns where your carpet and hard floors are to keep rugs dry, and its self-empty dock has enough capacity for up to seven weeks' worth of dirt.
We loved the Roborock Q Revo’s spinning mop pads that scrubbed through tough, dried gunk better than any other combo robot we tested. Its docking station both empties dirt and refills its tank, plus it dries its mop by itself. A capable vacuum robot as well, it boasts 5,500 Pa of suction and LiDAR mapping.
The Roborock S7 Max Ultra comes with a huge automated cleaning dock with separate tanks for clean and dirty water plus a self-empty dustbin and the ability to wash and dry its mop on its own. It’s got only one roller compared to the S8 Max Ultra, but it’s got longer battery life and 5,500 Pa of suction.
