Who let the dogs out? That would be The Duck Inn chef and owner Kevin Hickey who has just unleashed the full menu to his Duck Inn Dogs pop-up at Revival Food Hall in the Loop.

As previously reported, Hickey plans to spin off the concept into a planned permanent location.

In the meantime, take a bite out of five signature duck-fat dogs from July 2 to Sept. 28.

Menu highlights include Original ($10), The Duck Inn fan favorite made with Chicago-style with house-made mustard, relish, hot peppers and pickle plus tomato, onion and celery salt, all in a poppy seed brioche bun. Inspired by Duck Inn’s Baconfest Chicago top dog, the new FrankenDuckie ($13) hides bacon under Wisconsin cheese sauce and jalapeno relish; the restaurant’s formerly secret menu K-pop dog ($14) includes house made kimchi, XO sauce, American cheese, caviar and rice crunchies; and rounding it all out is a chili cheese dog ($12).

Making its debut is an elote corn dog ($12) with a batter-dipped, deep-fried, duck-fat dog dressed with lime crema, Tajin mustard, queso fresco and cilantro.

“Not dogs” include the Double Beast double cheeseburger ($13) and cheese curds ($10) with Bloody Mary ketchup and hoppy mayo.

You can also substitute any duck-fat dogs or burger patties with vegan Beyond Meat products.

Plus “fresh fries” ($5) are all available in the style of duck-fat dogs K-Pop ($8), chili cheese ($8) and elote ($7).

A farmer’s salad ($8) gets the hot dog treatment with bun croutons, or just go ahead and add a sliced duck-fat or vegan dog ($6).

Desserts include Crouching Turtle Cupcake Sundae ($8) with a chocolate cupcake, vanilla soft serve ice cream, miso butterscotch sauce and fudge pretzel topping. (Why there’s not a Green Destiny matcha involved, I don’t know.)

Sparkling “pineapple fizz” ($5) drinks can be spiked with rum, mezcal, tequila or vodka ($11)

Plus a new “Hot Dog Water” beer collaboration with Illuminated Brew Works in West Town is a brut farmhouse saison; no dogs or hot dog water were harmed in the making of this drink.
