Celebrate Devil Dawgs’ 10th anniversary with $1 Chicago dogs Wednesday and Thursday at all four locations before the beloved hot dog restaurant closes its original spot in Lincoln Park (2147 N. Sheffield Ave.) on Dec. 14.
While Devil Dawgs looks for a new location in Lincoln Park, with a target opening date next summer, its other three locations — South Loop, Lakeview and Wicker Park — will stay open. The fast food specialist is closing the original location primarily because of the lease, but a drop in business due to the COVID-19 pandemic also plays a role in the shuttering, a Devil Dawgs spokesperson wrote in an email.
