Age 89 of Gary, In. Departed this life on Friday, April 15, 2016. Naomi was a resident of Gary, In. for 69 years. Born and raised in Michigan City, In. on Sept. 09, 1926. She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church then moved worship to Christ Baptist until her health failed. She was preceded in death by parents Eugene Ferrell, Sr. & Lettie Ferrell Harding and husband Walter Davis, Sr., and stepsons Walter Davis, Jr., and Milton Davis, Sr. She is survived by children Marvin (Deloris) Scott, Juanita Bradley, Carolyn Scott. Two sisters; Ruth Scaife and Patricia Ursher and one brother, Eugene Ferrell, Jr., and grandchildren Rhonda Dennie and Tonya (Roosevelt) Donaldson, Jr., Pamela (Joe) Freeman, Milton (Theresa) Davis, Jr., Billy (Deloris) Davis and Charmaine Davis. Numerous great-grands and great-great-grands. Many extended family & friends.
