The Niles Village Board has approved a $23.5 million Tax Increment Financing District, paving the way for a luxury residential development at the site of the former White Eagle Restaurant.
Niles residents will face three referendums on the Nov. 3 ballot and will cast a deciding vote on term limits, vehicle license stickers, and a new indoor/outdoor theater.
