Earline Rogers, D-Gary; State Rep. Vernon Smith, D-Gary; and State Rep. Donna Harris, D-East Chicago. Moving in the Spirit is one of several Lake County locations where kids 18 years and younger can get free breakfast and lunch during the summer.
