June Shivers, 85, speaks June 20, 2017, at her home on Chicago's South Side. Shivers took her 2005 Lincoln LS to a Blue Island car dealership for servicing in September and drove home in a used 2014 Ford Fusion. She alleges in a lawsuit against the dealership that she was taken advantage of as an elderly woman with memory problems. The dealership, however, says it has dealt with Shivers "countless times" and saw no signs of erratic behavior.
