The nephew of pop music superstar Dolly Parton has been removed from the security team for the late singer’s estate.
Bryan Seaver was dismissed from his role overseeing protection of his aunt’s Nashville home, museum, downtown residence and warehouse, according to TMZ.

A new security team reportedly took over those responsibilities being overseen by the DP Dean Trust team.
Seaver blames Parton’s longtime manager Danny Nozell in part for taking “unexpected and, so far, unexplained actions” following Parton’s Aug. 25 death.
It was Seaver who first told the world Parton had died.
“Dolly opened doors not just for me, but for her entire family to reach the potential we didn’t even know was possible,” he says in a video posted the day she died from cancer.
Seaver claimed that, years before she died, Parton asked him to announce her death in a video for fans when the day came. He didn’t fully comprehend at the time why she wanted that, but it makes sense to him now.

“Our family and the team she has entrusted with her legacy will work diligently to ensure her spirit will live with us forever,” he says.
Parton’s manager assured fans after the Emmy, Grammy and Academy award winner died that her estate planned to complete several more projects in her name.
Nozell said those efforts would include a Dolly avatar show, a musical documentary, a biopic, a docuseries and a scripted series, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority announced on Sept. 11 that its member board voted unanimously to rebrand Nashville International Airport to honor Parton.
