Naperville Police Arrests for Sept. 8-10

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

• A 33-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 8:51 a.m. Sept. 8 in the 200 block of East Bailey Road.
• A 42-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and blood alcohol count of 0.08 or more at 11:45 a.m. Sept. 8 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
• A 42-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol count of 0.08 or more and driving without insurance at 1:17 p.m. Sept. 8 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
• A 40-year-old man from Mendota was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license, failure to signal when required and driving without insurance at 3:02 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 1600 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
• A 36-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of mob action and driving on a suspended license at 3:15 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 3200 block of 111th Street.
• A 23-year-old man from Sandwich was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving on registration suspended for non-insurance at 12:52 a.m. Sept. 10 at West 75th Street and Fort Hill Drive.
• A 35-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance at 1:54 a.m. Sept. 10 at West 75th Street and Shepherd Drive.
• A 34-year-old woman from Streator was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to land and obstructing an officer at 3:54 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
• A 28-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft exceeding $300 at 5:31 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
• A 36-year-old woman from Des Moines, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of battery at 11:50 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 0 to 100 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
