The Sunday series finale between the Chicago Cubs and the Toronto Blue Jays at Wrigley Field has been rescheduled due to inclement weather.
The Cubs announced the makeup game will be played at 1:20 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6.
The Father’s Day promotional giveaway was scheduled to be a dad’s shirt.
The Cubs (40-37) and Blue Jays (38-39) had split the first two games of the series. The Cubs begin a road trip Monday which starts with a four-game series at the New York Mets, followed by three games at the Milwaukee Brewers.
